Micronic 1.40ml round bottom tubes are proven to be an industry standard solution for many sample storage applications. Available in non-coded or alphanumeric coded versions, Micronic 1.40ml round bottom tubes provide an affordable way to improve your sample storage, handling and logistic processes. Micronic 1.40ml tubes can be purchased in bulk, refills or racked for 96-tube format use in the Micronic 96-4 Rack, Comorack or Roborack.

All Micronic tubes are available pre-racked upon request. The racks are based on the global recognized ANSI / SLAS standards for storage and features a laser etched 1D rack barcode.
All Micronic tubes are available pre-capped upon request. There are 9 different colors for your choice: Grey, White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, Blue, Light Blue and Light Green.
Sterilization using Gamma Irradiation
Upon request, Micronic products can be supplied gamma irradiated. Irradiation itself cannot guarantee that the product is free from any detectable RNases, DNases or pyrogens. Class 7 clean room prod uction is therefore an essential requirement.
Sterilization using EtO Treatment
Upon request, Micronic products can be supplied ethylene oxide treated. Using a novel ethylene oxide treatment process - Micronic’s consumable products are independently certified to be absolutely DNA- free and therefore provide the perfect medium for long-term, high integrity storage of forensic samples. Micronic is offering the DNA-free products in a special Tyvek packaging.
