Nest Scientific 96-well PCR plates are available in 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL volume formats, allowing you to select the ideal plate based on your thermal cycling protocol, reaction volume, and instrument requirements. Optimized Design for Accuracy and Consistency

Each plate features a flat, rigid surface and precision-molded wells to support uniform heat distribution and minimize deformation during thermal cycling. The low-profile design (0.1 mL) is ideal for fast cycling and reduced evaporation, while standard profile wells (0.2 mL) accommodate higher reaction volumes when needed.

The low-profile well geometry reduces condensation buildup and evaporation, helping maintain reaction integrity across all wells.

White plates are optimized for qPCR applications where fluorescence detection occurs from the top, enhancing signal reflection and reducing well-to-well interference. Clear plates are ideal for instruments that read fluorescence from the bottom, ensuring maximum signal transmission.
